Amazing place

What's NOT to love about Coda on Half! The building, staff, amenities, residents are Top Notch! The staff goes above and beyond. The building is always CLEAN and smells so good!

My partner and I love living at Coda on Half! The staff are so nice and helpful, the location is unbeatable, and the building and amenities are new. 10/10 recommend moving in!

Excellent staff

I have lived here for 12 months, and the staff are attentive and very helpful. The rent is certainly on the high end. We are currently evaluating if we will renew our lease, and if so, whether for another year or a shorter time period.

Overall Good

Staff is great. Haven’t had any major maintenance issues. Billing and retrieving packages had some rough patches. Overall a good place to live.
