Seems to have gone downhill
For what we pay in rent, there are huge lapses, especially in regard to maintenance. There aren't enough maintenance workers. You submit a ticket and often NOTHING ever comes of it. It seems they'll find the absolute cheapest, laziest fix to any problem you have. The main maintenance worker is always cranky b/c he's always overworked, under-resourced, and understaffed. Also, we suspect there's a long standing mold issue that they just never talk about or do anything about. When they claim to clean the heat pump units, you can immediately see they did nothing of the sorts.
