Why Renters Love It Here
Wonderful place to live!
I’ve lived in city apartments and suburban homes, and 243 Steele Rd may top the list. It’s so convenient, well-managed and maintained, the apartments and amenities are lovely, and the staff is responsive, professional, and delightful.
Overall great
Overall great, Apartment entry doors slamming loudly in the hallway is the only negative.
Love the place overall.
Love the place overall. The parking is something that needs to be addressed. By 7:30 PM there are no spots near my unit. I typically have to park close to the front of the complex. I am in building 4. As such, I have to plan my outings and not expect to unload ANY packages given the distance. That, and I really don think it safe for me to be walking that far at night alone. I totally trust the complex, cameras etc. Its more about potential nonresidents since anyone can enter the complex/parking lots.
3.5 stars (above average but room for improvement)
I'm a new resident having moved in just one month ago. Coming from a single family home I was worried about the noise level in an apartment building. Thankfully, it's very quiet inside my building. The apartments seem nicely sound proofed. I have found issues with the electrical system . . . dead outlets, bedroom light switch doesn't work, switches for recessed lighting seem haphazard (i.e., one switch turns on a single recessed bulb in my living room).
Love it here
From top to bottom, the complex, unit and club house are amazing and clean. Amenities are abundant and the staff are beyond friendly.
