Great apt
I was so happy to find this apt. It's so close to all shopping,banking, gas& convince stores. Most you can walk to. My neighbors are great, polite& respectful. I have been here 3yr and planning to stay.
love it
My son and I have been here a little over a year. The staff and maintance crew are very helpful and respond quickly to any issues. The other tenants in the complex are friendly and for the most part keep to themselves. On occasion some tenants have loud noise issues, but that is rare. I personally love my apartment its clean and up to date and reasonably priced. I would recommend Sleeping Giant.
lots of trash
I have not been having the best experience. There is trash all over the land in the woods and no one picks it up. I have a dog that when I walk him he always gets into it and it is trashy and it is a health risk, Also i have a list of things that need to be fixed for maintenance and i have submitted rent maintenance. I am upset to say the least. It is a saftey issue and I dont know why I have to wait so long. I am really unhappy all in all. I hope things get better . I am a veteran and I work full time and I have little time to constantly be writing e mails over
