Please note, the trash and pot holes ground around the complex that have not been addressed since January, only one orange cone gets bounced around from pot hole to pot hole of the entrance disasters. There are concerns of upkeep and appearance. You also have a broken gutter, hanging, from your lease office. Lovely.

I was so happy to find this apt. It's so close to all shopping,banking, gas& convince stores. Most you can walk to. My neighbors are great, polite& respectful. I have been here 3yr and planning to stay.
