For the most part I have lived here in quiet enjoyment and had meant some great people whom I now call my friends. I have been between Apts. 2A and 2B through flooding, a fire, no heat, and too much heat, The current staff namely Chris the Maintenance guy, and Laura, the current property manager, are the best staff there has been in my history here. I can't say that about past Maintenance Staff or Property Managers. It is bittersweet that I must end my residence here due to obnoxiously noisy neighbors and to help my family in Buffalo, NY. My lease ends on 12/31/2023 after being a tenant here since 1999.

I have no complaints besides the dryer don't really dry those clothes.

I have lived here for 3 years. I have had plumbing issues since I have lived here. they continue to increase the rent every year. Apartment was completely out dated like 90s style. They are only remodeling the apartments when someone moves out. So half the tenants have outdated homes and have to pay the newly remodeled prices. They have 1 maintenance man for multiple properties. little piece of yard is always filled with trash. washer and dryer is from the 90s and does not work properly and disgusting.

I have lived here for over 20 years and over a series of landlords I had been promised a new stove to replace 1960 version avocado green and Installation of carpets and updated flooring (all original) and repainting of ceiling water blotches / stains as well. The only updates were made were new windows that I think the town of Manchester, CT paid for. Other apartments have carpeting what improvements am I seeing for my $200 rent increase? NOTHING that's what I shouldn't have to put in a request for this stuff as they are mandated by the towns housing authority!!!
