Close to where I work. Staff in the office is friendly and helpful. Neighbors can be loud but that's not a property issue. Personal laundry is huge. No dishwasher takes some adjusting. Bathroom could use an update but no issues otherwise. Overall good place to live

I've lived here for 5 years now. Even though the price has steadily gone up, the value is pretty decent with heat and hot water included. Perfect if you have a dog but a bit small if you have kids

It was hard to move in at first due to complications with network and document issues, but all was handled well thanks to the staff. Place is quiet and good neighbors all around as well as friendly dogs that are at the dog area. It was very easy to get maintenance issues fixed when needed in a timely manner. Overall had a great experience.

not a bad price for the amount of space you get in the one or two bedroom apartments. basement with private washer and dryer is very spacious and free hot water and heat is included. if you have dogs there is a dog park although it needs work, but henry park is across the street and is a good place to walk your dog.
