apartments are pretty clean. The parking spaces are super tight, but all in all the community is pretty quiet and the people are friendly.

Completely erased off the lease during change of management or ownership. After 4 years of living here, having never missed/been late on any payments. Prices have risen significantly, while quality of life declines rapidly. At this point, emergency maintenance issues are being completely ignored. Myself and my roomate are without heat or hot water in the beginning of January. 4 phone calls and work orders submitted, no one has contacted, no sign of issue being solved. nearing 48 hours without heat or hot water, no contact made.

I have lived here for 3 years now and still only have one parking spot. I live with a roommate and girlfriend in a two bedroom apartment and only get one parking spot. When the winter time comes I have no where to park because of the parking ban on the st.
