All good! Except for weak floor structure. You can hear people upstairs walking back and forth all day. It can interup a your sleep at time and your enjoyment when staying home.

Living here is great! close to downtown and very convenient. however, the elevator in the 180 Broad St. is always broken. I'm pregnant so it's hard to move up and down the stair and will not get easier as I get further along. Other than maintenance updates, the building is great.
