I like living here, I appreciate the upgrades that the latest management and office team have overseen- renovations are not easy! But always worth it, i appreciate the efforts- I am very disappointed that all of my very reasonable lease renewal requests were turned down. There are other places in the neighborhood who will meet me halfway- I will not re- sign next year if my rent is raised, after my request for a 2 year lease was denied. This year. I asked for my dishwasher to be replaced, it was not. I asked for new blinds- now, they WERE replaced-with an insulting downgraded version of the original blinds. They dont have strings to pull them up and down— did you think that I would not notice how cheap and non-functional these blinds are? I do not feel that my partnership of 4 years is valued ir appreciated. I do enjoy living here, I got my sister to move here too! The lack of any negotiation and the insulting “new blinds” in the bedroom will have me actively looking to leave for 2027.

It’s a decent apartment building with friendly staff, and the location is convenient, being close to the train station. The rent, however, feels high for what’s offered. Comparable units at Harbor Point (Beacon, Opus, NV, etc) seem like a better value, with superior location, views, and safety, plus more amenities, parks, and things to do in the area.
