Great Place to live

Where shall i start! The staff is amazing and you feel like you are living on a resort! We have a pool, movie theater , computer/library, and game room that we love. Also, monthly and holidays the staff throw and have special events that are awesome and so much fun! Some of the residents have become great longtime friends as well because we are like a big family! It is a very family orientated complex, Also, the best perk ever is it is a pet friendly complex!! So we also have some furry longtime friends! Lastly, the staff is on top of snow removal in the winter months and the beautiful landscaping in the warmer months.

The Mark-Shelton

Lived here for 7 years. Apartments are nice, property is beautiful, maintenance is reliable and quick. Rent is quite high and increases at a steady pace. Staff went from excellent to good, but minimal interaction is required. Diverse community in all aspects, many dogs. Relatively quiet, feels safe and great to walk around the property. Property is well cared for and location has many amenities and a good array of shops and useful businesses nearby. Ultimately a pleasure to live here.

Beautiful property with great amenities

A bit pricey, buy you do get a lot more than a typical apartment would offer. We live on the second floor, and our apartment is convenient to get to the dumpster. The clubhouse and pool are beautiful and the package pickup system is very helpful. Excellent staff.
