Review
Appliances should be higher grade. Compared to other two bedroom two baths in the Fairfield county/Westchester area, I think the rent is at the High Point of the market.
All Good except parking
At Harbourside we pay $100 per car for parking while patrons of local establishments utilize it for free. The warning stickers placed on tge cars do nothing to deter outside use. It is an insult to be charged an additional fee for an amenity that is not monitored. Yhis issue is a topic if great dissatisfaction among the tenants. In addition, one of our significant amenities - the roof area- was unavailable fir a significant portion if tge summer season. The tenants should have been compensated for the inability to access the roof. We also experienced significant inconvenience with the elevators. We pay rent to live in a building with two elevators and fir the vast majority of the first few years only one was reliably available. What exactly is it that you do with this feedback?

I really enjoy living here, one of the best places in norwalk
Amazing Location in SoNo
We've lived here many months now and we love the community -- people are nice, the building is cared for, the management is considerate creating nice occasions for residents and the location couldn't be better! A five minute walk to restaurants and coffee, yet off the beaten path just enough to be quiet. Dogs are welcomed and adored.

I've been at harbourside for almost a year now and it has been a great place to live. It's a great location in south norwalk, proximity to train station is a major perk. Ammenities are nice and well taken care of.
