Breed restrictions include Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Rottweilers, Great Dane, Malamutes, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Huskies and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. We allow cats and dogs and accept a maximum of two pets per home. One-time Fee $600/pet, Rent $60/pet Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the apartment home. If applicable, dogs must be leashed whenever entering and exiting the Pet Park, but may be unleashed while within the enclosure of the Pet Park. The Confluence at Norwalk reserves the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents or The Confluence at Norwalk associates, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately. The following breeds are restricted: Akitas Alaskan Malamutes American Bull Dogs American Staffordshire Terriers Argentine Dogos Bull Mastiffs Cane Corso Doberman Pinschers Fila Brasileiros German Shepherds Pit Bulls Presa Canarios Rottweiler Staffordshire Bull Terriers Tosa Inus Wolf Hybrids All mixes of these breeds The following pets are also restricted: Monkeys Ferrets Snakes Rabbits Livestock Reptiles Puppies under 6 months old * Other pets may also be restricted. Have been a resident since Feb 2018. Amenities are nice and staff responds promptly to requests. Location is convenient and underground parking helps a lot. I like living here.

Outrageously expensive. Elevators never work. There are rarely staff around to help. We get random emails about rent not being paid when it is always paid. The place is soooo poorly managed and I am moving out.

When we first moved in everything was great, but at the end, is like everything changed, there was smell in the halls, the upstairs neighbors were awfully loud, parking garage was almost always broken, I really enjoyed my experience at the beginning but at the end it was not as great
