Why Renters Love It Here
A very nice place
The staff is all very kind and any time I had a maintenance request it was dealt with promptly. I enjoy the quieter area that we live in, and it is still in close proximity to everything I need. A very nice place to live.
Living
Parking is not a definite. Maintenance needs to be more efficient with repairs especially if they are the ones who cause damage to apartment.
Not bad; Good Value
Not very noisy or overly bright at night. Parking is a bit tight and the ramps to enter and exit are very steep. Laundry is expensive and machines are dated and small. The apartment was sloppily painted. Appliances are packed too closely together so that its hard to open dishwasher. Good value for an okay place.

It has everything you need for a very good price. I renewed my lease and won't be moving out anytime soon
Cozy Place to Live
All of the staff are incredibly friendly, and very understanding. It is very quiet, and the apartments are extremely cozy. I love living here.
