The apartments are extremely small and overpriced for their small size. Location is good. Staff at the leasing office is polite and respectful. Parking is very challenging and guests have to park on the street.

Each apt needs an assigned space by tgeir own home if you have two cars or three you only have tge one guaranteed spot everyone pays rent and it is only fair each household has tge assigned spott tge addiotional cars will have to park across from the assigned spots simple and fair

The parking stinks you par rent and there are spots ib front of your hime and each family shoule be guaranteed a spot i. Front if your apt that you pay tent for instead prople have 2 and three xars and take up all the spots with no consideration that others are seniors and some have babies too this is just not right with their first come first yo get the spot rule it should be only one car parks on the apt side of the street and all others a ross the steeet period or else start marking spaces for each renter that they are guaranteed a spot in ftont of the apt they live in!!!!

I have loved living here! They area is quiet when come to neighbors. Being near the highway you dont even really hear it.
