Enjoy View...I

I have been living here for more than five years and have always found it a pleasant place to live. Most areas are well kept up as long as issues are pointed out to management or maintenance...They also offer services like... maintenance checks, pest control, and checks, and cleaning services for public areas, etc...

Affordable rent and well maintained premises

I've lived at Bella Vista for almost 6-years and like living here. I haven't encountered any issues so far & I've always felt safe. However, I recently noticed within the last year that the resident demographic seems to have changed & it appears that Bella Vista is now open to everyone and not primarily the disabled and elderly as it's been in the past. I do understand the need for affordable housing for everyone, especially in these economic times with rents so very high, My only concern is that Bella Vista remains as safe & secure as it has been to date and any negative situations that may arise are addressed immediately by management. This will ensure that Bella Vista remains a great place to live. Regards!

for me it is worth the value

I have usually had a good experience with all the staff I have personally dealt with. Sometimes the phone interaction with the maintenance department hasn't been as good, not very friendly. She seems too busy to be bothered.

Sunny bright apartment with a lovely view...

I have lived at Bella Vista for approximately five years and have enjoyed it here. If any issues popped up it was handled quickly and the maintenance staff was handy, knowledgeable, and friendly. Like most apartment building living you have friendly neighbors and some not-so-friendly ones. I enjoy my apartment very much. It has a lovely view, especially sunrise and most of all it is a wonderfully sunny apartment.
