Great location in downtown New Haven for convenient access to university, hospital, restaurants. Fabulous view of the New Haven Green. However Chapel street is busy and there are often events happening on the green - loud events - and the apartment can get loud. Parking is conveniently in the basement of the building; sometimes though eg. Saturday nights the lot gets full and it's hard to find a space even though we pay for a spot. People start parking outside of the parking spots in there.

Staff are horrid and virtually nonresponsive; the walls are paper thin. But the location is unbeatable

Lived here for years! Its central to everything, walkable and accessible - yet still peaceful. Everything is well maintained, amenities are top notch with a nice gym and great game room, and parking is a breeze.

Having been living in 900 chapel for a while, and still love and enjoy the beautiful view so much. A affordable price and big space, the location is more than perfect, and staff are all friendly. I also like the game room (ping-pong table inside) and gym which provides lots of fun. Will recommend this place if youre looking for an apartment in downtown new haven
