Unfortunately, my experience living here has not been positive. The building is often noisy, and many residents are not respectful of shared spaces. There is frequently dog waste left around the property, and the garbage disposal areas are poorly maintained, poor snow removal during winter and the outdoor , especially intron of the apartment and side walks are rarely maintained. The lobby is rarely clean and often has an unpleasant odor, and the glass and common areas need more consistent upkeep. In addition, management does not appear to thoroughly screen tenants or consistently ensure that building standards are maintained. People are always moving in and moving out . Overall, there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and community management.

While the parking arrangements could improve, We are having the best experience here! Quiet, maintenance is proficient, and the rent is not bad at all. I’ve truly been able to comfortably make my home a home, thank you

This apartment could be so much better , if they hired someone who maintained the property better

Everything was Great! The apartment is spacious.

The property has so much potential to be great - if the building was kept clean ( mopped and glass doors and elevators) , if residents would pick up after dogs , if maintenance aftually knew how to do anything , if the property grounds was being cleaned , if management actually took a wlk through and hear oncerns
