13 Woolsey Street

My family and I really enjoy the house. We have been living there for 6 years, I believe. The only issue we always struggle is the parking space, since we have to park on the street. It is a very crowded street, so we have found it a bit hard. Maintenance has always been like once in a blue! Mandys takes forever to do any type of maintenance. It took them like three years to cut off some trees that were affecting the neighbors' property. They were quick to get the fridge fixed and stove. The are new neighbor's that moved in about a year that are always making a lot of noise, but that's off property. It is Fair Haven, so not the greatest area to live and definitely not quiet. The only good thing about this property is that it is close to our jobs and its a single family house with plenty of backyard space!
