Living at The BRIT has been such a pleasant surprise. I moved here thinking it was just a budget-friendly option compared to other cities—but New Britain is truly on the rise. There’s a growing energy in the downtown area, with new restaurants, coffee shops, and small businesses popping up all the time. It feels like I got in at just the right time. The Brit itself is a gem. It’s brand new, and you can tell from the moment you walk in—modern design, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and even air fryers built into the ovens (yes, really!). For the price, the quality is unbeatable. Everything feels high-end without the high-end price tag. What’s really made this place feel like home, though, is the sense of community. The staff here genuinely care—they’re responsive, friendly, and always planning events that bring residents together. I’ve met so many great neighbors through simple things like hanging out on the rooftop or at one of the many socials or just chatting in the elevator. If you're looking for an affordable place that doesn't sacrifice style or comfort, and want to be part of a growing, vibrant community, The Brit is it.
