Good Not Great
We rented an apartment in Spinnaker Walk for a year. Upon movimg in we saw that floors were uneven in several areas., we asked for assistance with this and were denied. The apartment is in a great location walking distance to the train, Milford attractions and restaurants. Alex and Ali were always helpful.

A bit pricy but worth the cost for the location
Lived in the Spinnaker Walk apartment for about a year now and we love the location. There's plenty todo around downtown with the Milford Business Association and spinnaker resident events during the summer. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to issues. The price is expensive for the space and amenities you get living here but overall happy with our apartment and plan to stay for another year.

Nice place to live.
I have lived hear fir several years. I have never had any issue with tenants or staff. Everyone is friendly. Every thing is clean, in order and maintenance is performed within a reasonable time after an issue is reported. The location is great, there are restaurants, a pharmacy, bus service, the library, city hall, Post Office and many events within easy walking distance.
