I have lived at Spinnaker Wharf for three years. The location is genuinely great, and that is the only reason this review is not entirely negative. Everything tied to ownership and maintenance has been a consistent disappointment. Maintenance requests are routinely dismissed, deflected, or pushed to "next year." A rusting and rotting exterior door has been flagged for three years with no replacement. Rather than properly repair or replace the original wooden windows, maintenance applied liquid nails to the top of a sagging upper sash, which has now made it impossible to clean the windows at all. When the garage door needed replacement, they installed the cheapest option available at Home Depot, and it visibly struggles to lift the double bay door it was sized for. The garage door openers disconnect once a month, and need to be re-synced. At one point a hole was cut into a ceiling for installation and never properly closed, allowing exhaust fumes to leak up into the unit above. The "new kitchen" advertised at move-in was built with the lowest grade cabinetry I have ever seen in a rental. The shelves have literally collapsed overnight under the normal weight of plates and cups. Two weeks after we moved in, the dishwasher leaked through the floor into the commercial tenant space below. The property is marketed as "luxury," which it is not. Whether the issue lies with onsite leasing staff, the maintenance team, or upper corporate management at Spinnaker / Paredim, the result is the same: residents are not a priority.

I am very happy at Spinnaker Wharf, however the hallways. Lobby are very outdated .. hoping they will be renovated in near future. If possible, remove old plants and old artificial flower arrangements.

Living here for 5 months. Friendly people in the building and working for the company. Parking is always close to at least 1 of the few entrances to the building. Walkable to the beach and to downtown, even in the winter months. Units are clean and modern. No complaints.

After three years here we can say we love Spinnaker Wharf including its great location, friendly neighbors, lively community events and a terrifically walkable neighborhood. The office and staff here are wonderful and very attentive.
