Terrific location

We love living at Spinnaker. Our apartment is close to everything (restaurants, beach, tennis courts, etc.) I grew up in Milford and am so happy to have had the opportunity to move back.

Spinnaker Milford

The location is great. The apartments are decent but are right above a bar so there's a lot of noise every night until late. The hot water takes forever to come on and only lasts a few minutes which is disappointing for how expensive these units are. No utilities included either.

10 years. Living downtown of Milford is safe and very convenient (close to the train station, bus stop, the mall, stores, ocean).

Great location, fair price

Upon moving to Downtown, we have enjoyed delicious eats and local events right at the foot of our door. For the price we pay, you cannot beat being a part of this vibrant and growing community.
