I have lived at Spinnaker Brook for over 10 years, that alone should say a great deal! This is my home, now and for the foreseeable future. The location is amazingly convenient to all shopping, walking downtown and the major highways. I have found the management staff to be always open and pleasant, helpful and quick to reply. It is a pleasure to speak with them. Recently they added a lovely picnic/grill area with a separate dog run to the property, and we are about 3/4 through a major interior renovation of the common spaces of the building . It is looking new and beautiful! This really is an ideal place to live whether you are a newcomer to Milford, or a seasoned resident looking for a fresh start. Take a look and see!

I've been living at Spinnaker Brook for about two years now, and it's been a great experience. The property and apartment are comfortable and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to call home. The community is friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect, with convenient access to everything I need. What I appreciate most about living here is the overall atmosphere and how the management team, especially Krystal at Spinnaker, ensures everything runs smoothly and handles any issues that arise promptly. Their responsiveness and dedication to the residents make a big difference. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for a great apartment in a supportive and well-managed community. The combination of a nice living space, a friendly community, and a reliable management team makes it an ideal place to live.

I have lied at this property for over 10 years. In a changing world, that should say a great deal, and this has become my home! I always find the Staff attentive, whether an emergent need or a routine one. We are given ample time to plan for anything that is necessary (such as a fire-alarm battery change.........safety is well handled here!) Emergencies are handled immediately; I've yet to find an exception to this. The amenities are pleasing, including the outdoor seating and grilling area, and dog park. Parking is ample and there is a sense of safety at the property. Our recently added mail room adds to that sense of security. We are within a few minutes walk of Downtown Milford, which is a thriving and growing and enjoyable city with Metro-North as well as bus lines very accessible and central. Town Hall, the Green Public Library, Fire Department, Post Office and more are all in walking distance and this makes for a very, very livable small city experience! The management makes this even better with a monthly newsletter and free evening events for the Residents at local establishments! There is a small-town feel to all this, a sense of knowing one's neighbors and being helpful to each other. I think you will love living here, as I do!!!
