Very pleasant environment; the staff is accessible, and repairs are done promptly. The mailroom has a light now, and the garage is private and safe! I have no complaint. It's a nice, quiet living here, and that's all I want!

I have been living here about 4 months. The Metro Star leasing and maintenance staff are great, super communicative & helpful. The building is cleaned weekly and very quiet. I hardly ever even see neighbors! The 'gym' isn't really a gym, and can't fit more than 102 people at a time so I don't use it. Price is a bit high for no real amenities, but location is good and walking distance to the downtown Green area and train station.

There are still problems with garbage maintenance by the building's door, which leads to the garage. It's not maintained properly, and at times, garbage is all over the floor. Also, when you enter the building, there should be a light so it would be easier for the senior citizens who live here to turn from Main Street to the building.!
