121 Metro

Parking spaces are too tight in garage. Have had several issues with tenants pets being disruptive.

Nice location lots of dogs and sometimes they don make it outside before they go to the bathroom like in the elavator

survey of the maintenance

It is a great location and quiet most of the time. The water pressure is low. The garbage is a problem; the maintenance of the garbage dump and even the garbage containers by the entrance has been horrendously bad! General maintenance is slow and messy! The maintenance worker who was fixing the bathroom once left it in a mess. I have taken pictures of all that, and on multiple occasions, I have sent them to Paris and complained! Even then, it took a long time to clear and fix the problem!
