I enjoy living at Rose Circle. it’s quiet and the neighbors are nice and the parking is OK. The maintenance comes the first call to fix whatever’s wrong with your apartment. The location is awesome. I love my apartment.

Best Place to Live In

I love my home. Maintaince team always keep our homes taken good care of. Pest Control, Grounds ( both in summer by mawing the lawn and pruning the trees and in winter they shaveling snow), There’ always a maintainance vehicle that’s going to be around. They keep up with changing batteries on smoke dictators. The only thing I can complain about is when I called about 3 times to get some to fix power outlet in my kitchen and living room, noone ever came. But the units are being checked every now and again. For every task or routine check up, they always send written communication a week or even 2weeks prior . Residents are respectfull and helpfull to each other and no one will touch your delivery package there. Overall, if you want a piece of mind, Carabetta is a good place for you.

Living in rose circle

In overall are experience has been positive. We love the location and the price is fair market. Even though there are multiple apartments there is not much noise. Some thing always can improve but in general we are content.
