Great place to live

Hello it has been a great 35yrs for me up here on Sams Rd. Summitwood Village . For the mist part everthing us great about the apt. jyst needs some new vanities and new cabinets at some point other than tlike i said very great place to stay very quiiet and outside the apt is well maintained but can use a little tlc . Thank you staff and maintanience . i hane to elaborate on a young man that runs the maintainence his name us Dermot and i am very inpressed , he is exceptional at his job and talking to people he goes all out and is definately a great asset to Carabetta Management Thank youu Sincerely Jean

Carabettas Review

The apartments are very spacious. The initial rent price is decent but increases yearly to almost unaffordable. You are guaranteed to have something break down in your apartment because it's old and maintenance does not repair. They do patch jobs. It's really 50/50 living here. There are pros and cons. But for the price you should really invest in buying your own house like I am doing.

Hi Have livex Here in Summitwood village for a goid 37 yrs and i have to say that i a solutely have nkthing bad to say , maybe a few thi gs tvst took tome to get fone espwcially rhe the water leak that was leaking on the inside wall i wasreLly in fear of mold . right now im very happy with my neighbors and amazingly quiet! , pretty much all god Sincerely

Hi Just want to elaborarate on the the complex in how quiet and well maintained it is and the neighbors are wonderful !! i been luving here for 41 yrs and have always been happy Niw as far as maintenance goes sometimes a little slow to the calls . i do think that pretty soon i need a new kitchen a possibly vanities that would be nice thankyou

Great place to live !

Hi i have lived here in Summitwood Village for over 36yrs and i have always found it to be very quiet and comfortable . I did have a experience of water coming in on the inside of yhe apartment in time it was fixed . I have had the same appliances for all the yrs i have been here im idesperate need iof new vanities etc. ioverall I’ve been very happy at Summitwood Village . Thankyou ??
