Hillside Gardens offers spacious one bedroom flats, and two or three bedroom townhouses located in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood with convenient access to shopping, restaurants and highways. The grounds are professionally maintained by Carabetta's 24 hour Maintenance Team who implement a landscaping plan which offers year-round seasonal color. Residents enjoy FREE heat and hot water, as well as hardwood floors throughout their units. Children can enjoy the outdoors with the onsite playground. Appliances are included, and some units boast full basements with washer and dryer hook-ups, however there is also an onsite laundry facility. There is no application fee.

Great neighborhood for raising children
I have been living in Carabetta for 7 years, The staff has always been helpful through the good times and difficult times, the maintance at our comolex are consistent with their work. It is a beautful area and everyone seems to enjoy being here including me . were close to stores and local activities. Schools are at walking distance as well which is very helpful.

Quality of Apartment
These are very decent apartments but I would like repairs and the quality of the apartment to be taken more serious, like the bathroom vent needs to be replaced with a stronger clean vent. Other than that I wish there were more amenities like washing machine hookup.
