Hanover Towers

Over all its not bad except for the feeling we live like in a nursing home.

The biggest complaint I have is parking. I am disabled & require close parking due to my disabiity. I can't walk much. Practically, everyone that lives here is elder or disabled. There are only 3-4 handicap parking. The visitors always have trouble finding parking. Other than that, i love living here. Its quiet for the most part. Other than people talking in the hallway very early in the morning & not taking sleeping neighbors into consideration. Each floor has a card operated washer & dryer which is very convenient. The elevators, though have broken down numerous times. If elevator isn't working, I'd be confined to my apartment. People, genuinely look out for each other & almost everyone is nice.

We are both disabled which makes it hard to park at the Meriden Police Parking lot & walk to our building. There are only 3 handicap spots & I am using my walker & wheelchair every time I have to get out. Other than that issue, everything is good!

Ive been living here for 7 yrs and I love it,The staff is awesome and the neighbors are very friendly

I love the fact that everything is on the same floor-meaning trash & washer/dryer. I am having a problem with parking. I use a walker or a cane $ sometimes wheelchair. There are only 3 handicap parking spots. It’s very hard for me to park far from the building. Sometimes I have to park in the police parking. It’s just too far to walk all that distance especially when I am all by myself. Can you please look into this? I need an assigned spot close to the building. Thank you!
