Maintenance response has been very good but we have no parking for visitors. Apps are old with very few outlets for modern day electronics. Cabinet space in kitchen is minimal. Bathroom is very small and difficult to accommodate handicapped devices.

I just signed my lease on SEPTEMBER 1ST and I am not quite moved in yet but the apartment is beautiful., The neighbors that I have met are very nice and friendly. The apartment is on a busy street so I wonder about the noise.
