Not bad.

Maintenance isn't good. Repairs are very shoddy. Caulk drips all over. Overall I think the workers are not very skilled in carpentry, etc.

Waiting for a response

I've lived here for 2 yrs. I have cracks near my ceiling in my bedroom and my sons room and my hallway. I notified the office and told the what was happening. The manager and a maintenance man came over later and looked at it. They were talking in spanish so i don't know what was said. Was told they had to talk to someone else about the problem and they would be in touch. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Still waiting to see whats going to be done.
