I lived next to a noisy neighbor, was transferred to a new unit and have continued to deal with noise issues. One neighbor was constantly moving furniture and vacuming after midnight, and it took over a month to resolve because the property manager outright lied to me about attempting to contact the othe other party multiple times. The issue was only resolved by me buying that tennant furniture pads. I had no heat or hot water for 4 days in december. Another time a maintanence service request was conpleted while I was at work and I came home to my front door left open for several hours. I have been having noise issues with the tennant in the unit that shares a wall with my bedroom since I moved into this unit. I have made multiple attempts to contact the leasing office for a resolution and am unable to receive a call or email back, let alone the problem actually getting fixed.

The community is quiet and has fair amenity spaces which aren't overcrowded. The office staff and maintenance is professional and do a great job assessing issues in a timely manner.

hoping that the Hot tub will be up and running as soon the balcony construction is complete . It is disappointing that the grill and fire pit are still. missing from the resident lounge on the 4th floor .. We have wanted to hang out up there on several occasions and yet all of the ambient features are still gone ?
