For the price, I expected better quality and service. The apartment feels cheaply built with thin doors, warped baseboards, and pealing trim. Maintenance is lacking; an exterior door handle has been unfixed for almost 2 months. The hot tub has been broken for at least 6 months, and the pool, which should have opened at the beginning of summer, is still closed due to maintenance problems. Overall it could be a good apartment complex, but is not.

Our maintenance contractor is professional and kind. He seems sincere in his desire to solve a problem. Thank you for that! Our window issue is better. We understand that it is technically a building contractor and warranty issue. We appreciate the our building maintenance person tightening the window and make an improvement in this situation.

All processes for paying rent and bills is extremely difficult, there are so many different websites accounts and fees for everything. Ana at the leasing office is very rude and when asking for clarification on things she talks to you like you are an inconvenience when it is her job to make sure the residents understand the processes. There are so many hidden fees and I was told my rent would be a lot cheaper than it really is. I am not happy with this complex at all and I think many things needs to change and tenants need to be treated better.
