Maintenance (Mike & Chris) is lazy, negligent, ineffective, & will lie about fixing things in you unit. Staff is also retalitory (refused to fix our door because we kept asking about it/brought up other maintenance issues). Visible mold in windows that maintenace ignored us about. Management will allow trashes to overflow with dog waste, even the food trash can. They also havent cleaned their dryer vents probably ever, even when it caused the alarm to go off. A huge fire hazard they dont care about. Multiple code & health violations & a management/maintenance team that tries to feign being too busy to take care of the property. They (Alicia) will also post incorrect bills & want you to pay, or they will try to hit you with unknown charges. You can find somewhere with better amenities & is bigger, thats more affordable, & being run by people who care about your quality of living. WORST renting experience ever.
