I moved to Bell Bradburn from out of state, so I was very concerned about personal safety. Despite living in garden-style apartments for the first time in my life, I do feel very safe. This is honestly one of the best areas of Westminster. They even let you install a security camera outside your door if you want. There were quite a few unresolved maintenance issues before I moved in, and it was a pretty frustrating experience upon move-in. However, Bell Bradburn made reparations to resolve the situation. The maintenance team can sometimes take quite a while to resolve issues, and I wish they would hire another person to help, but they are friendly and easy to work with. The office crew seems vastly improved since I moved in a few months ago, as they were previously short-staffed. It was hard to reach anyone on the phone or get people to respond to your emails very quickly. However, they hired another leasing agent and things have turned around. I love the units themselves, but the noise does carry quite a bit in the apartments from my upstairs neighbor. To be expected in apartments, but better soundproofing would be nice. Also, the weed smell from my neighbors is a constant battle, despite it supposedly being a smoke-free complex. Trash/recycling can be mildly annoying at times because the townhouses and apartments are supposed to have separate trash. Amenities are nice, but I honestly don't use them. They have on-site events like food trucks, community events, etc. Location, like I said, is amazing. It's walkable to a CorePower Yoga, a liquor store, restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. I feel very safe living here as a single woman, and that's my top priority when choosing a space to live. No place you live is going to be perfect, and they will all have some minor or major issues; everything here has been pretty minor.

The area is absolutely lovely the convenience to grocery stores and shopping outlets. Doctors offices and other amenities is wonderful, however renewing at increasingly higher rates, even compared to market standards, which are significantly more expensive than some move-in specials offered to new residence makes it a tough pill to swallow and a genuine consideration when coming to renewal. There are full homes in areas equidistant to Denver and comfortably convenient offered at $200 to $400 less per month not including additional fee fees. I've seen new residents pay the same rate or less for larger units even within the community. You would think with the high demand for maintenance and the investment required to turnover a unit, better rates would be offered to existing residents; even flat rates would reflect more loyalty without taking a loss on committed revenue.
