Bell Bradburn is a great place to live

I have had a great experience living here. I use the pool regularly in warm months and everyone is considerate and friendly. Lots of different people clearly live here, but it is a calm environment that is easy to want to live in.

Have been wanting a garage. Have seen others get garage but one still has not been given to use. Was told to come in weekly to check on status which is not always possible. There should be a better process available for this request .

Good Value

Lived here a few months and we're liking it so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance guys are as well. The location and value of the property are very good. There's tons of shopping and dining nearby as well as parks and walking trails. My only complaint, which is admittedly small, is the parking situation. It is nice to street park and walk in my front door, but the street parking often fills up arond the end of the business day. I wish they would paint lines for the street parking for people to use as reference because it's often the case that there are a few cars that are way too spaced out which pretty much eats up the space for someone else to park. Overall, we are satisfied with the experience otherwise.

Overpriced

It takes a very long time for maintenance request to be completed. I find that they come and don’t really fix the issue, prompting them to have to come again
