10 year plus resident

The last couple years the value of the apartment has gone down but rent keeps going up. Our carpet has never been replaced and we’ve lived there for 10 plus years. I think we have mold in the main bedroom. The oven, microwave, and dishwasher are cheap appliances. For a so called luxury apartments I would expect higher quality appliances.

I think during these hard times of everyone either losing their jobs or having less hours, I believe rent should be lowered temporarily.
