Great amenities, Great community!

We love everything about living here but it would be nice if there was more parking and the neighbors directly above us happen to be pretty noisy (not Bell Flatirons' fault).

Great Community

Truly wonderful staff who are extremely top notch in running our complex. I haven’t had any issues and i love that when it snows they clean up steps and walkways quickly!

Don't waste your money here

Just moved in and the bottom of the kitchen cabinet under the sink is rotten and collapsed. Emailed the office, no response. Called Residents office, the lady said she couldn't do anything because she is alone at the office. Called the leasing office, a 2nd lady told me to write it down on my intake form so I'm not charged for it. Don't waste your time and money with business and people that don't honor for their side of the deal!
