The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditionally acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are also NOT permitted.

Trash and maintenance are only problem

We’ve been here for 2 years. We like our apartment, but wish that maintenance would respond to repair needs, and the trash valet didn’t cause more problems than it’s worth

My evaluation

I like everything about Bell Flatrions except I have asked for the bee nest to be REMOVED (not sprayed) to rid of the bees on my main deck. I have lived here since September 2024 and I haven't been able to enjoy my deck yet!!
