Only place I have thought to renew a lease.

I love waterford so far. The vallet trash is my favorite. I used to have to fight for parking at other complexes, but never had to here. I think this is the only complex ive lived in that i would consider renewing a lease. I normally get tired or irritated with something early on in my lease. But so far no big issues. Nothing males me mad.

Very good and relaxing

I moved in a month ago, and since then everything was smooth and fabulous. The maintenance team is amazing. My AC unit wasn't working for a minute and that falls into emergency maintenance, I called them and in less than 2 hours they were here to fix it. Amazing pool and amenities, and very kind staff. Never had an issue with parking space, and it's a very quiet place. I can call it home and I feel very comfortable here.

Nice community

I enjoy living here! There is not enough parking available and having the shops in the front causes traffic and confusion for people who dont know where to park. Communication with the staff and maintenance has been good, nothing really to complain about there.
