Not worth the high cost

Please keep in mind that these are cheaply built, overpriced apartments. Thin walls and ceilings. Very meh amenities. Robert, the assistant manager, attempted to raise our rent fourteen percent. We were only able to get it down to nine, which means our rent is now substantially higher than what our unit is renting for incoming tenants. For this reason, there is a high tenant turnover.

Great location, HOA perks, destructive teens, 50/50 resign

We haven't lived here for very long and have already had several issues with the teenagers. Whether they are hopping the fence (not even residents) or actual tenants kids, they will use the pool and hot tub until early morning; throwing up from drinking too much, breaking glass, shouting, loud music. Regardless, both the pool and hot tub have had to be shut down numerous times because of this. I will say that the redeeming factor in all of this is the location and the HOA perks. By paying HOA fees you are allowed access to the Ken Caryl Ranch hiking trails and amenities. There are great restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the complex which is a plus! (Homegrown Tap & Dough and The Lariat are recommended).

1st Evaluation living Here

This property has bee really nice to start. Most everything is very well taken care of. And immaculate. My personal residence is very nice, and the patio acing south and the staff I have encountered polite and accommodating. I only have found one “flaw” in the air filter for the central air/heat was not changed prior to my move in. It was absolutely filthy so I changed it myself! Kinda and odd size at 18” x 18”. I am also a craver of very bright lighting, so I have bought many LED bulbs that are quite brighter than the original twist tube florescent bulbs, which I have saved for if/when I eventually move out on my own in a house!!!
