Maintenance issues don’t get resolved immediately previously when Rick was here he was amazing at what he did god rest his soul . Now, with the current managers and maintenance staff not very happy with how they resolve issues, maintenance wise, and the pool an gym plus playground are not always upkept Not to mention, it seems like there is favoritism towards staff members in a way that is unfair to all residents who live here outside of your staff that lives here. The dryers went up .25 cents without any type of warning or note, sent out that there would be an increase on that No access to the business center anymore has became an issue as well Although your staff in the office has been able to have a person, email them what they need printed And the recent events that they have hosted are OK to bring the community a little closer together, but not many people participate And hopefully they will be able to maintain the water heater as some of them are new, but still, our water gets turned off continuously, and we still get charged for a full months use . I have also brought to their attention about how when it rains it keeps allowing water into my apartment, and I have told them since way back when Daniel was the manager and no one has fix that issue at all so I would like to not be charged for any type of damage that happens from that. The refrigerators are small, and for some reason even on a low setting, it still freezes my eggs inside my refrigerator, my milk, or other items that I do not want frozen But overall, I am happy with the location because it is close to my children’s school and has access to some businesses. I am on low income and can’t afford to move anywhere else and people who have moved out have even mentioned to me that they get overcharged when they move out for items that should have been fixed either when they moved in or during while they lived here, this is the only reason why I gave such low ratings

This is my swcond time living here. Move in went great. My apartment kind of smells weird but im sure it will go away. Yhe staff is really nice.

Rules that enclosed kids inside and charging residence $25 if they are outside of their home is very unfair to every person that lives here the quality of the inside of the apartments. Definitely not up to standards at least not what is advertised and the price inflation is ridiculous for people of low income. Not a very friendly place. There’s one person there that’s super friendly and he is a single father with four kids.
