Not the greatest

Comfortable apt, nice landscaping, one of the older units. Very noisey location. Poor grounds maintenance. Lots of extra charges for common areas. Laundry charges too high. Amenities located in other buildings on the grounds.

Cautionary reccommodation

Only been here 40 days. In the older Bungalows and finding many issues. Blinds wont retract on one window. Both closet doors will not stay on tracks. Heat is radient hot water but it is not controllable. Have had furnace off and still get heat. Notice others running their AC. Utilities are shared and calculated based on sq footage of apt. Cabinet door in kitchen already fell off. Stove is so old one burner has fallen out and will not reattach. Other burners dont sit level and pans slide off. Bathroom sink leaks. None of these things obvious when doing check-in review. Not very good snow removal. Icy walkways in some areas and outdoor trash dumpsters not emptied when full and may sit for days. Many add on charges not included in rent. Nice outdoor access and small patios front and back. Nice large windows. Building is very old but quaint with courtyard in center. Warm water therapy pool is not open yet. This place has some potential but it remains to be seen if maintenance is a problem on this property.
