Staircase

It wiuld be nice to have stairway cleaned more often. Also, there is a lot of dog waste outside.

It was perfect

The staff was amazing she was loving and he helped me understand what i couldnt understand she also help my 9 month old baby so i could fill out my paperwork she was just amazing an dthe apartments looked amazing i also like the gym and the fact ghry had washer and dryers in the apartment

The Foundry, Englewood CO. As a new tenant I am grateful to the front office staff who have both graciously welcomed me and worked overtime to help me complete my application and its submission in a very timely manner. I could have not made a timely transition into my fresh apartment without their clear communication, guidance and assistance. As a disabled person, I will be forever indebted to the front office team and maintenance personnel. They are true professionals who care about their product, services and residents.
