Rent is higher than expected. About $75-$120 extra a minth let alone seperate light bill. Paint is everywhere including kitchen sink and bath tub. Neighbors are loud

Although the staff is nice when emailing the place itself has residents that dont respect neighbors. Loud music for hours and smoking outside others Apts.
