I have lived at Oxford Station since October 2024. That time has been noisy, and at times involved a few too many exploding cars, but overrall is well kept together. Maintenance and staff are reliable. The commute and connections are decent enough. The rent is affordable and reliable.

My spouse and I lived in this apartment for the last 2.5yrs after moving to Denver and we have really enjoyed out time. The amenities were fantastic, the office staff were friendly, and the maintenance staff were kind and very prompt! We enjoyed the proximity to the light rail station for trips to the airport or downtown. The last year has been more chaotic with the new apartment and pedestrian being built across the street, but the office staff have tried their best to not let that impact our building. We moved because we had a child and needed a bit more space than a 2B apartment would provide, but this community will surely be a fantastic place to live in the next few months as the Pedestrian Bridge wraps up and in Fall 2026 when the new apartment is finished and the noise and disruptions cease. If you are a person who values access to downtown via transit, access to great shopping close by, and great amenities, then this apartment should be on your list of consideration! Since it's older, their pricing is super competitive when compared to the apartments next door, but the facility itself does not seem old at all.
