I just moved into the Courtney Down Apartments and the staff especially Kaitlyn provided exceptional service as well as assisted me in a seamless move. The apartment is quaint and big enough for my daughter and I and I like the layout of the apartment where our bedrooms are across from one another to provide that extra privacy that I know my daughter thinks she needs. Overall I'm happy to have moved into this community and look forward to meeting the neighbors and getting to know my surrounding area.

We really enjoy living at Courtney Downs. The office staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing.

Like a resort

Courtney Downs is a wonderful place to live, right next to the park, with a Salt Water Pool. Great views, quiet neighborhood. The only downside is the single trash compactor dumpster for the entire property.
