This apartment management is underhanded so beware and be careful. In April, I paid a holding and application fee for a one bedroom apartment. The lease I signed said my rent would be $1377 a month and that my move in date was June 17th. When I called a week before move-in to set up a time to pick up keys, I was told that my move in date was June 27th. The office person said she would have my leasing agent call me. Instead of calling me or confirming anything, that agent, Tina, deleted my signed, legally binding lease and sent me an email with a Welcome letter stating my rent was 1,785 and that I would have a new lease to sign. She had no right to delete my lease like that. That is not legal. I reported this to the BBB and asked for my holding fee back since I would not be able to afford such a high price and I would never trust this company after they made changes I never authorized. I would have waited for June 27th. I was not given a choice. I found a much better apartment in a much safer area.

It's the best apartment, always filled with joy. Everything is within walking distance, and the leasing office staff are very nice.
