Great value

After living here for 5 months, I would say I am quite satisfied with my experience. The appartement very affordable and has adequate space for the great location. It has some old building quirks, but I think those are very excusable for the perks, hence the great value. The staff is very attentive; maintenance responds very quickly. They have been doing some construction which can be irritating and parking is occasionally unavailable. Other than those, it's been a solid experience

Awesome landlord and maintenance

Amy is such a responsive, caring landlord. There is a consistent maintenance team that is super friendly and always around and things are always dealt with promptly. The location is great and safe and we really feel taken care of here.
