Great Location!

I have lived at this location for 2 years mainly because of the location. It's a great neighborhood and I feel safe.

Good Location, Good Value, Poor Management

I like living in this building. The location is great and it is quiet. However, maintenance and general management have been poor here. I still think it's worth it though

Pretty Okay

No amenities but the place is cute and the coffee shop downstairs is lovely. Other residents are nice, work orders get done quick!

Terrible management

Management is terrible. Value is not great, but I love the location. I will likely be moving due to terrible management which takes advantage of current residents by increasing rent above market values while offering free rent to new residents. Management is also dishonest and completely incompetent. I have to call them and ask them to do their job, can’t process background checks in timely fashion, fails to setup resident rent portals. I love the complex but will likely be leaving at the end of my lease due to the aforementioned issues.
