It's a great view to Downtown and it's been very nice here and and convenient.

I have been here since Walnut Flats has opened and so far, staff (Kelly and Chris) have been great. As most of the neighbors. Some neighbors here can be noisy and inconsiderate of others while traveling through the hallways. Allowing their kids to run in the hallways screaming and at times banging on doors. People not throwing their trash properly into the dumpsters. leaving trash everywhere. Other than that, everything is good. Looking forward to the construction to be finished.

Very nice place. But with no parking for guests creates a problem with guest parking in garage when not supposed to and Wyatt's not patrolling like they are contracted too people take advantage and usually get away with it. Wish there was a fitness center here. Location is good but going to much more crowded with all the new apartments going up nearby. Staff is great. So far neighbors are friendly.

If you enjoy living on a construction site, live here. Parking is a mess, the building and grounds are filthy (part of which is the disgusting tenants' fault), tons of noise from construction or the outside bands going on at two different bars.
