The Vitruvius is a 100+ year old building in the heart of Denver that is as beautiful as it is storied. Located near City Park, you are truly in the heart of the city. The building owner is very helpful and involved, which makes dealing with poor property management from Four Star more manageable. If you can put up with requests for maintenance and personnel issues within the building being ignored, then this building is definitely worth it.
