Love the location. Close to Washington park. No amenities other than the laundry room; but i'm totally fine with that. Overall a good place to live if you're on a budget. Specially in a city like Denver, CO.

I love living in at the Viscount apartments! They are in a great neighborhood and affordable as well! They are maintained well and staff are very helpful when need be.

Aside from some pesky and annoying neighbors, the place is pretty good. Parking outside still a bad deal as the streets in this neighborhood are extremely narrow - cars get damaged overnight on a constant basis. I opted for a parking spot in the building; worth every penny. I'm happy here. Amenities are comprised in one laundry room; that's it. I constantly have to deal with inconsiderate neighbors who leave their laundry loads unattended, hogging the machines and wasting other people's time. All in all I would recommend this place to my friends and anyone who's looking for an affordable apartment in a great location.

I have to years living at this location, and I am very pleased with my experience. In these two years living here I have not have a serious complaint about the building or the staff managing this location. I do highly recommend just based on my experience.
